In Store Processes

With over 23,000 employees spread across the country, Iceland faces the challenge of communicating the right message to the right team members at the right time.

We are therefore interested in finding solutions that will allow us to communicate more efficiently and effectively with our employees, which in turn will improve service to our customers.

How can we utilise technology to improve the in-store experience for our customers?

Are there solutions that can simplify the payment process?

How can we optimise our staff to provide the most efficient in-store processes?

What smart scheduling solutions could better define who should be at work, and when?

If you’re a startup that can improve our in-store processes then hit the apply button.
